Charm Casting is a method of Divining using trinkets, jewelry, found objects and more. I have been cultivating my own personal Charm set for a couple years. Sometimes adding them as an extra layer to my daily Tarot Casting. Recently, I took a course with Kristen Radden of Over The Moon Academy on Charm Casting. In one of her videos she showed how to create a paper box for throwing the charms into… I knew I needed to make one out of wood. (Check out Kristen’s Adventures in Charm Casting Class)
Now here we are.
The puzzle style box interior measures 8” x 8”
The inside of the box is finished in a faux maple, with the inner bottom engrave hosting a simple double circle for a basic casting grid.
With this listing you get a few options:
•Unfinished outside: Welcoming you to decorate it how you see fit, Paint, decoupage, stickers…. This is a blank canvas, make it truly your own!
•Painted Black: a bit more finished. However, you can still paint upon this and decorate as you see fit, or just leave it plain.
MADE TO ORDER— allow 3-5 days for production before you receive a shipping notice.
(CHARMS NOT INCLUDED)
Add-ons: The box comes with 2 extra casting boards featuring lined quadrants atop the circles. The others are sold separately.
*Please note that the box does NOT come with instructions on how to use it, that is up to you to decide for your practice. Like many of the tools we create, we encourage you to get playful and intuitive with your practice.
