Pocket of Peers is a deck that was born from the desire for connection in a time when we were being advised to social distance ourselves due to a spreading pandemic. Yes, 2020 was a doozy of a year, and as a creative I decided to channel those endings into new beginnings.
👁About Pocket of Peers: Teachers come in many forms. Revealing themselves through chance encounters or showing up via the words of a lifelong friend. Embodying the adage of how people flow in and out of our lives for “a reason, a season or a lifetime”. The Peers we meet along the path are messengers, mentors, and teachers in disguise. They shift the course of our lives through these interactions.
An 81* tile set featuring peers from my life as well as the Tarot Community. Blending symbolism from the classic RWS Tarot system within the tapestry of each card. Pocket of Peers is a deck that brings clarity from everyday souls that are all doing the best they can to navigate this journey. *The tile set has an extra image that the deck will not have: “The Study” a place that invites you to dive even deeper and be prepared to devote the time and mental space to allow what needs to be learned to really take hold. You will receive a link to the digital version of the Guidebook with your order.
Each tile measures approximately 1.25”x 2”, (3.18cm x 5.10cm) the wood edges are burned for a worn effect*, the images are printed on high quality photo paper then resin sealed for a completely durable and unique look.
•Laser engraved puzzle style box Each box will have a version of my signature along with the set # on the bottom.
